Figma Design

MyGenBio is a California-based health tech company specializing in AI-driven supplements and digital wellness solutions.
Their core innovation, BNO supplements, enhances nitric oxide production using natural ingredients to support cardiovascular and cognitive health.
Through their MYGENBIO Dashboard App in development, they will offer personalized health tracking and recommendations to promote lifelong well-being.
At MyGenBio, I served as the Lead Designer responsible for both digital and print design initiatives.
My work involved UI/UX design in Figma, branding and packaging development (including bottle and sachet labels), and marketing collateral such as brochures, social media graphics, and banners.
I collaborated with cross-department teams to ensure visual consistency and timely delivery of assets, often iterating on feedback to refine the company’s design language.
My contributions supported the launch of multiple campaigns and products, enhancing both user experience and brand visibility.
I led the design of both the corporate website and e-commerce platform. The split-site strategy allowed us to communicate MyGenBio’s scientific foundation while optimizing the product sales experience through Shopify.
MyGenBio lacked an integrated digital presence that could communicate both its science-backed brand values and effectively convert interest into product sales. The original single-site structure was not scalable and diluted both scientific credibility and user shopping experience.
Design two complementary web experiences:
- A corporate site (coded with front-end development) to present the company’s vision, science, and credibility.
- A Shopify e-commerce site to streamline product discovery and drive supplement sales.
I led the full design direction of both sites:
- For the corporate site, I designed an elegant and information-driven layout emphasizing scientific legitimacy, product research, and company story. Using modular UI components and a strong grid system,
I collaborated with developers to ensure the front-end code translated my designs pixel-perfectly.

- For Shopify site, I developed a product-focused, conversion-optimized layout with custom-designed sections, curated imagery, and thoughtful product categorization.
I adapted brand visuals across templates to ensure consistency while prioritizing clarity and ease of use for customers.

The separation of the two platforms allowed each to excel in its purpose—education and conversion. The corporate site enhanced investor and partner trust by clearly showcasing innovation and research, while Shopify site improved customer engagement and sales performance. Together, they delivered a cohesive yet functional digital ecosystem that reflects MyGenBio’s dual identity as a science-first and consumer-focused brand.
I designed the MyGenBio mobile app from scratch, taking full ownership of the UX/UI process as the sole designer. The app serves as a key future tool to help users manage their personalized health data and supplement plans. While development is still in progress, the design system is fully realized and handed off to engineers.
MyGenBio needed a personalized health app to present complex biological data in a user-friendly format. With no existing app and no design support, I had to build the experience from the ground up—alone.
Design a mobile dashboard app that is intuitive, data-driven, and accessible to a wide demographic, including users unfamiliar with health tracking tools.
Using Figma, I led the design of a responsive app UI that simplifies health data visualization. I crafted wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes with a clean layout, modular components, and interactive elements to ensure user clarity and accessibility.
The final app design improved user engagement by offering a visually clear health summary and intuitive navigation. It laid the foundation for the development team and helped MyGenBio secure investor interest by showcasing innovation and usability.
I developed branded content for MyGenBio’s Instagram and YouTube channels to grow their digital presence and strengthen visual consistency across platforms. As the sole designer, I created everything from thumbnail templates and social campaigns to educational visuals and seasonal promos.
MyGenBio lacked a cohesive social media identity and struggled to communicate scientific product benefits in an engaging, digestible way across both visual (Instagram) and video (YouTube) formats.
Establish a consistent and professional visual language for Instagram and YouTube that could build brand awareness, boost engagement, and educate consumers in a visually compelling way.
Using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects:
- I created a branded post system for Instagram including product highlights, ingredient spotlights, health facts, and campaign visuals.
- For YouTube, I designed cohesive thumbnail templates, motion graphics, and end screens to support video content ranging from expert interviews to product explainers.
- All assets were tailored for consistency, accessibility, and performance across platforms.
From supplement bottles to sachets and outer boxes, I redesigned MyGenBio’s packaging to clearly communicate product benefits and stand out in both digital and physical environments.
The packaging did not stand out on shelves and lacked clear communication of each supplement’s purpose and ingredients.
Redesign supplement packaging to highlight health benefits, differentiate product lines, and create a visually compelling shelf presence.
Using Illustrator and InDesign, I created new labels, sachets, and box designs with clear product naming, color-coded categories, and iconography to visually communicate each supplement's function. The designs balanced aesthetic appeal with regulatory clarity.
The updated packaging elevated the perceived value of the products and created a cohesive visual system across the BNO product line. Feedback from users and retailers noted improved clarity and appeal, aiding both online and offline sales.
I created branded brochures, flyers, and trade show materials to support marketing and outreach. These assets were tailored to various touchpoints, ensuring the brand message remained clear and consistent across print media.
MyGenBio lacked cohesive printed materials for events, promotions, and in-box communications, which weakened the brand experience.
Design a suite of print materials that maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate information to a non-digital audience.
Using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, I designed brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and product inserts. I applied grid systems, visual hierarchy, and consistent branding to ensure legibility and professional presentation across all formats. The new printed materials enhanced customer touchpoints at every stage—from in-store promotions to post-purchase education. They contributed to a polished brand presence at trade shows and direct-to-consumer packaging.
